Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuipCast (the "Service"), operated by QuipCast ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account and your devices secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Content on the Service

QuipCast curates short-form content from a mix of public-domain sources, licensed corpora, and AI-assisted curation under human editorial review. We do our best to attribute correctly. If we get an attribution wrong or include content we shouldn't, please contact us and we'll fix or remove within 48 hours.

Your own content

Content you add to your QuipCast library ("BYO content") remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on devices linked to your account. We do not share or display BYO content beyond your account unless you mark it "shareable" for an opt-in community feature (not yet available).

Subscriptions

QuipCast Premium is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Annual subscribers receive prorated refunds for unused months on cancellation.

Hardware

QuipCast Frame comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, water damage, and damage from impact are not covered.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email to your account.
