Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. That list is short on purpose: every country we add means customs paperwork, a support burden, and a returns path we have to actually be able to honor. We would rather serve one market properly than list forty and disappoint most of them. International shipping is coming. If you are outside the US, join the waitlist and tell us where you are.

We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. The frame ships as a signature-eligible parcel with an installed lithium cell, and those destinations are either cost-prohibitive or cannot take one reliably at this batch size.

Build time, then transit time

These are two different clocks and it matters that you know which one you are on.

Build time. Frames are assembled by hand in batches. Your order confirmation states the specific ship window for the batch you are in. That window is our honest estimate, not a placeholder. If we are going to miss it, we email you with a revised date and you can cancel for a full refund. We will never quietly sit on your money past a date we gave you.

Transit time, which begins once your unit is built, tested, and handed to the carrier. Within the United States that is three (3) to seven (7) business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

You get a tracking number by email the day your frame ships.

What shipping costs

A flat $12.95 per order within the United States, sent via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

One rate, any order size. No separate handling fee and no surcharge.

International

Not yet. When we do open international shipping, the price at checkout will not include your country's import duties, VAT, GST, or customs brokerage fees; those are assessed by your own customs authority and are the importer's responsibility. We will say so plainly at that point rather than let anyone discover it at the post office.

Sales tax

United States sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in the states where we are required to collect it.

Batteries

Each frame ships with a lithium-polymer cell installed, declared and packaged under UN3481. This is routine, but it does mean some carriers and some destinations handle the parcel differently, and it is part of why our destination list is short.

Check your address

Confirm your shipping address before you submit the order, and email us right away if you catch a mistake. Once a label is printed we usually cannot change it. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will reship at your cost or refund the frame minus the shipping we already spent, whichever you prefer.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking has not moved in seven (7) days, or the frame arrives broken, email us. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement. You do not have to fight the carrier. See Returns & Refunds for what to photograph before you unpack.
